OUR VISION......
is to provide eco-friendly living environments within existing urban areas. Our initial focus is Dubuque's former warehouse district. Our vision is to create state-of-the-art urban developments which allow cities the ability to reclaim underutilized high-potential space and shelter (for example, what is known today as Dubuque's Historic Millwork District). A key goal of our vision is to reduce the carbon footprint and provide a viable and enjoyable neighborhood.
